Our business is growing and so is the Engineering Department. In this newly defined position, we're looking for a Senior Quality Analyst who will be responsible for the Squad Members, to enable rapid delivery of high-quality features through scalable processes. Focus on prevention of issues rather than discovery, change the way people think about quality by shifting to the left and influence of our shared definition of “done”. Work with the Principal Engineer to bring the best industry changes to OneDigital Platform and have a bias towards automated testing, also help improve key metrics for the product.

In this role, you'll get to

• Lead the capability uplift of exploratory testing by conducting hands on sessions with the team throughout the delivery cycle
• Work through with the division partners and coordinate of testing across various releases between the teams of OnePass
• Work with members of the delivery team to define the scope of automation test coverage that drives cost reduction
• Drive knowledge uplift in areas such as Automation Testing, Performance testing and security testing
• Provide the tooling and support to delivery teams for a good developer experience around testing
• Maintain and update the overall test strategy based on functional and technical specifications. Monitor and test strategy execution and adjust it as and when needed
• Work closely with the stakeholder to understand goals, requirements, and architecture of the project
• Learning from your team while you share your knowledge adding your very own splash of colour to our palette and make it fun. At OneDigital It is part of everyone’s core role to ensure that no one is left behind and that everyone is enjoying their journey as they evolve!

To shine on day one, what you need to have:

• Demonstrated experience with Test Automation
• Experience with working collaboratively on complex projects and influencing engineering teams
• Significant Experience with test methodologies, creating automated test cases and debugging as and when required.
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously, whether in the office or remote
• 5+ year experience of software engineering or QA automation experience
• Agile development methodology knowledge and experience
• AWS, Docker (Nice to have)
• API and Stream Based Testing
• Understating of Pact or Pact flow
• Automation tools like Playwright or any JS based tools
• Device Farms like Saucelabs, browserstack or Bitbar
• Performance testing tools like K6, locust or gatling (Nice to have)
• Exposure to languages like Typescript, Kotlin or Golang
